PAY IT FORWARD CAMPAIGN
(Winston S. Churchhill)
Whatever you give, you will receive back in manifold ways. Life will provide you with numerous opportunities to pay it forward. You only have to be attentive!
Be willing to help complete strangers
Give freely without expecting anything in return
Even small acts count
Listen to someone’s story – REALLY listen
Give words of encouragement
Smile and greet people on the street
Say “yes” when someone asks for help
Tell someone they have made a difference in your life
Write a note to someone on St. John’s prayer list
“ No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another” (Charles Dickens)
